Edan Hannath

Hello, I’m Edan, a student psychotherapist currently completing my MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy at the University of Derby. With over five years of academic training in psychology, I bring a strong foundation of knowledge and research-based understanding to my therapeutic work.

I draw on an integrative, evidence-based approach that brings together Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, and Attachment Theory. This allows me to tailor therapy to you as an individual and explore topics in greater depth, from looking at intrusive thoughts to long-lasting impacts, we can focus on your needs and goals in life.

Whether you’re facing recent challenges or carrying experiences from much earlier in life, I’m here to help you make sense of what you’ve been through. By gently exploring your story, we can uncover the deeper patterns behind your struggles and create space for meaningful understanding and growth.

My style is warm, compassionate, and nurturing, aiming to support you in becoming the version of yourself that feels more comfortable and capable. I believe everyone is unique and has their own story to tell and it would be a privilege to walk alongside you as you share yours.
