Emma Platnauer

I am Emma, a qualified integrative counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I offer a warm, compassionate, and client-centred approach, drawing on a range of therapeutic models to support each individual’s unique needs.
With extensive professional experience, I have worked within the domestic abuse charity sector, providing sensitive and empowering therapeutic support to individuals navigating complex and challenging circumstances, and am committed to creating a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can explore their experiences and work towards healing and growth.
My professional career background includes owning and managing a successful chain of trusted children’s nurseries.
This background has given me deep insight into early years development, attachment, and family dynamics, which I thoughtfully integrate into my therapeutic work.
I am passionate about supporting clients to build resilience, develop self-awareness, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
If you are looking to start your therapeutic journey, get in touch, we can walk this road together.
